The color is a deep gold with golden and silver nuances. The nose is typical of Chardonnay, which accounts for the majority of this cuvée. Aromas of butter and toasted hazelnuts are joined by notes of apricot and mirabelle plum on aeration. On the palate, the wine is mature, with flavors of mushrooms and sweet spices. Bubbles are sprinkled throughout a round, smooth body. A champagne for dishes, like risotto with scallop broth.
