A very distinctive blanc de noirs, slightly vinous, rich, honeyed and fruity on a background of sweet spices. We love the full-bodied chewiness amplified by the creamy bubbles. Flavors of citrus and anise add a lovely freshness that balances the whole. A charming cuvée for the table, to try with white meat, for example.

On the Côte des Bar, a stone's throw from the former residence of General de Gaulle, the domaine was created in 1989. Laurent Breton farms 7 hectares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vines in 5 villages. The name of the estate is a tribute to Laurent's daughters, Gersande and Marcelline. The style of the wines, both gourmand and fine, is composed mainly of chardonnay on a terroir usually devoted to pinot noir.
