The initial nose is more reminiscent of an orange wine than a champagne, with notes of maceration, apricot jam and cherry brandy. On aeration, spices appear, with notes of pepper and tonka bean. The palate is more subdued, with a delicate texture, chiselled bubbles and an enveloping, tannic sensation that is quite surprising for a brut nature.

All the vines, classified as Premier and Grand Crus, have been certified organic since 2018. Domaine Georges Rémy is one of the most sought-after names in Bouzy, where it is located. Here, every effort is made to ensure the quality of the wines and the expression of the terroirs: harvesting delayed as far as possible, parcel-by-parcel vinification, ageing in containers appropriate to each wine, no chaptalization, long bottle ageing...
