Gaiffe-Brun
A small family estate of 3.3 hectares, production is almost confidential. The vines are located on the limestone and clay-limestone terroirs of Avenay-Val-d'Or, and two-thirds of the wines are matured in Champagne oak barrels, the rest in enamelled vats on fermentation lees, accompanied by classical music! The cuvées are very lightly dosed (2.5g maximum) or not dosed at all, and all are unclaimed vintage wines.
