Gault&Millau's review
It's in Hautvillers, a classified Premier Cru terroir in the heart of the Marne Valley, that Vincent and Valérie, representing the third generation, cultivate the three main Champagne grape varieties on over 12 hectares. The previous generation is not far behind, as father, mother and uncle, with their wealth of experience, support them. The house has always favored welcoming guests to the estate, so as to offer its customers "reserve" champagnes as well as atypical vintages not distributed commercially. Since 2017, the estate has benefited from a panoramic room overlooking the vineyard.
