Un nez prometteur de pain grillé, café et fruits (poire, coing, framboise). En bouche, c’est une belle salade de fruits (orange, poire, kiwi, fraise) apportant une rondeur flatteuse, qui confère une sensation caressante réconfortante. Un brut sans année polyvalent, un peu couteau-suisse, qui fonctionne bien, dévoilant un potentiel de haut niveau.

Fromentin-Leclapart

A family-run business, Fromentin-Leclapart has been in existence since 1954, with three generations of winemakers following in their footsteps. Jean-Baptiste Fromentin and his wife Barbara farm just over 5 hectares in Bouzy, a village classified as a Grand Cru, on the southern slopes of the Montagne de Reims and Ambonnay. Their champagnes are made from a large majority of Pinot Noir grapes, complemented by Chardonnay, and magnificently reflect the beautiful Bouzy terroir.
