In Bouzy, a village classified as a Grand Cru, on the southern slopes of the Montagne de Reims and Ambonnay, Jean-Baptiste Fromentin and his wife Barbara cultivate 5.5 hectares of vineyards, including 4.5 hectares of Pinot Noir and 1 hectare of Chardonnay. A family-run estate, the house is the legacy of a long winemaking tradition whose earliest traces date back to the early 18th century. Characterized by extended aging and a constant quest for balance, the champagnes beautifully reflect the exquisite terroir of Bouzy, where Pinot Noir finds a structured, ripe, and delicately chalky expression.
