Very fresh on the nose, with aromas of citrus zest and lightly saline notes. One has the sensation of taking a breath of air at the Pointe du Raz, accompanied by a very slight smokiness, like a chimney smoking in the distance. The material is chiseled, precise, neither too acidic nor too dosed. Just the right balance to keep the wine salivating, without drying it out or making it too plump. Very effective.
