Faniel & Fils
This still young estate (Jacques Faniel, himself the son and grandson of a winegrower, founded the estate with his wife in 1992) continues to make progress each year, thanks in particular to work aimed at enhancing the environment, by grassing the plots, implementing prophylactic practices or vinifying certain cuvées in wood. Today, the vineyard covers 8 hectares, with vines averaging 30 years in age, and bottles are matured in a former 17th-century presbytery built by the monks.
