This cuvée is part of the Collection Passion. The subtle nose reveals aromas of fresh citrus, pineapple and a whiff of hazelnuts. The bubble is crispy and introduces a straight and vinous mouthfeel until a mineral, almost mouth-watering finish. This is a blend of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir which matches really well with the 9g/l sugar. It could be paired with a sea bream ceviche with citrus fruits.
