Back in the book after two years, Fabienne Prié introduces a remarkable Brut Réserve. The pale golden colour contains an abundance of thin bubbles. The nose is both fresh and round. It shows aromas of white fruits, citrus fruits and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is harmonious; it shows mouth-watering flavours of fresh citrus fruits. It could be paired with breaded sweetbreads.
