Étienne Calsac
The Étienne Calsac champagne house has its roots in the majestic Côte des Blancs, 10 km from Épernay, in the atypical village of Avize. Descended from a long line of winegrowers present in this region since the 18th century, the owner continues to pass on this family philosophy through his champagnes. A personal journey, punctuated by viticultural studies, has enabled him to combine tradition, technique and modernity. The 3-hectare estate, certified HVE (haute valeur environnementale) and VDC (viticulture durable en Champagne), is moving towards organic conversion with vines located in several sectors (côte des Blancs, Bisseuil, Sézannais and côte des Bar). Champagnes and white coteaux-champenois are very successful.
