Gault&Millau's review
Born into a family of winegrowers, Éric Isselée created his brand in 1984 on the basis of historic plots in Cramant, a village classified as a Grand Cru. Very attached to this specific chalk of the Côte des Blancs, which produces pure, chiselled champagnes, the winemaker cultivates Chardonnay and offers blanc de blancs champagnes, with the exception of his blended rosé. Vinification is carried out on a parcel-by-parcel basis, enabling the domaine to offer single-vineyard cuvées. With a strong focus on wine tourism, the estate offers three different gîtes and a chambre d'hôtes, all located in the village of Cramant, on the outskirts of the family home. Ideal for discovering the estate's wines, the Côte des Blancs and the region as a whole.
