Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Bernard Hérault set up his mixed farming operation in the small wine-producing village of Panzoult, a few kilometers from Chinon in the Loire. With his wife Claire, he gradually refocused on growing vines. Éric Hérault joined his parents in 1992 and worked with them until their retirement in 2001. Now, with the support of his wife Élodie and, more recently, their son Pierre, he looks after the 26 hectares of vines.
