Emmanuel Cosnard
Champagnes
Gault&Millau's review
Emmanuel Cosnard represents the fourth generation of this small estate of just over 2 ha, whose oldest vines were planted in 1935. The grapes are taken to the cooperative winery in Berru, a hillside in the northeast of the Reims mountains, to be vinified in individual vats. The harvest is then bottled, and the winemaker takes care of labeling and marketing on the estate. Since 2001, when it was founded, the estate has progressively moved towards an environmentally-friendly approach, and is due to obtain organic certification for the entire estate in 2021.
