The color, quite light for a rosé de saignée, suggests a rather short maceration to obtain this freshness and softness. Flavors of grenadine, pink grapefruit, fresh red berries and citrus follow one another to delight us. On the palate, the wine is powerful, reminding us that we are indeed in the Riceys terroir. A cuvée whose balance will delight lovers of power and fruit.

Elise Dechannes

Elise Dechannes is an independent winegrower and harvester who decided to take over her childhood vineyards in Les Riceys in 2008. Always in search of the very best in taste and quality, she practises healthy viticulture, with a view to ISO 14001 certification (environmental quality): no chemical weeding and regular ploughing of the land. Its cultivation and harvesting aim to select the best possible Chardonnay grapes, but mainly Pinot Noir, to continue with demanding, meticulous vinification, in order to present champagnes that are already mature. In organic conversion since 2015.
