Predominantly Chardonnay, this judiciously low dosage harvest reveals the aromatic richness and ripeness of the grapes. Toasty, honeyed notes dominate the palate. The texture is buttery, and the finish ends on powerful bitters that should be dominated with a colorful dish such as sweetbreads meunière.
