A blend of mostly 2010 harvest and reserve wines, this cuvée expresses fullness, finesse of texture and aromatic complexity, with notes of honey and yellow fruit. The balance between power and freshness is evident right through to the chalky finish with its discreet bitters. Excellent value for money from this champagne, best served with white fish with lemon cream.

Together, they produce mature, low-dosage cuvées that reflect their philosophy of champagne. Jean-Marie listens to his vines and Elisabeth elaborates the cuvées in the cellar.
