From the Côte des Blancs, this pure Chardonnay, made mainly with the 2016 harvest enhanced by 5% reserve wines, has a light yellow color with green highlights. On the palate, the chalky, saline patina is clearly present, while the acidity is tamed by fine bubbles and the aromatic richness provided by the terroir. This is a young Champagne that should be cellared for a few more years and enjoyed with white fish with lemon cream.
