The mousse is abundant and the nose of fresh raspberries and redcurrants is remarkable. The sweetness gives this extra-dry a gourmet roundness. This vinous cuvée has a fresh finish of red fruit and cherry pit. Open with strawberry, raspberry or black forest desserts. And why not spicy exotic dishes?
