Drémont-Marroy
Drémont Marroy is now run by Jean-Rémi and Mélanie Drémont, the fourth generation of winemakers to settle in Charly-sur-Marne, but the first to make their own champagnes. They took over the family estate in 2016 and will launch their first cuvée in 2021. The 7.5-hectare vineyard, certified organic since 2022, is spread over 23 parcels located in four villages in the Marne Valley, offering a diversity of soils. Vinification is carried out on a parcel-by-parcel basis, in stainless steel vats, oak barrels or concrete eggs, depending on the grape profile. The house favors non-dosed extra-brut champagnes that are precise, invigorating and faithful to their terroir.
