Gault&Millau's review
Created in 1970, this 37-hectare estate was designed from the outset to produce wines with as little intervention as possible. Here, the work philosophy is based on 3 words: respect, seriousness and naturalness. In 2012, the estate was bought by Christian Latouche, who also owns Domaine de la Vallongue on the opposite side of the Alpilles.
