A lovely aromatic palette of pencil lead, wild blackberry, floral and toasted notes. On the palate, the attack is silky and the tannins are present without overdoing it. There are some woody notes and fruit. The finish is warm and peppery. It's not explosive, but quietly unfolds its score, without false notes. Don't hesitate to decant.

The estate was founded in 1942 by Désiré Rolet. The range of wines is extensive, encompassing the arbois, côtes-du-jura, l'étoile and château-chalon appellations. Local grape varieties are used to produce white, red and sparkling wines. The aim of this diversity is the identity of the terroir. Tastings and private visits are available to discover the work done in the vineyard and the cellar. The end result is in the glass.
