Its golden color, reminiscent of an already mature Sauternes, reveals a lovely nose of candied fruit and hazelnut, honeyed, almost wax-like notes, and a lightly spicy floral touch. All the richness and juiciness of summer fruit is evident. The palate is smooth and velvety. There are notes of ripe peach and apricot, acacia honey is not far away, and the finish is fresh and intense with spices (saffron).
