The nose is greedy and concentrated, with aromas of red fruit, white pepper and a hint of nutmeg. The palate is rich and generous, with a velvety feel. Retro-olfaction retains this idea of generosity, with notes of cherry fruit paste and jammy red fruit. A full-bodied Patrimonio that remains polished and elegant.

Domaine Novella

The Novella family has been cultivating vines since the 1920s. In 1950, Fabien Novella planted the first plots of his own vineyard, covering an area of 4 hectares. In 1976, the estate expanded by planting native grape varieties on steep slopes. Pierre, the latest generation, now looks after 20 hectares of organically-farmed vines in the Patrimonio and Muscat du Cap Corse appellations. The estate also welcomes visitors for wine tastings.
