Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
The son of red fruit and blackcurrant growers from Burgundy, Manuel Olivier began his winemaking career with just a few hectares in the Hautes-Côtes-de-Nuits. Since then, the winemaker has successfully expanded his estate, which now spans some thirty hectares of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Aligoté. The estate’s size allows for a comprehensive range of wines, including regional appellations, Crémant de Bourgogne, and grands crus, featuring prestigious appellations such as Corton-Charlemagne and Nuits-Saint-Georges.
