This family estate is one of the oldest in the Crozes-Hermitage appellation. It dates back to 1870 and was one of the first to bottle its wine in the late 1950s. In 2000, Laurent Fayolle and his sister Céline took over the 13-hectare estate. Most vinifications are parcel-based, and the estate will be certified organic in 2022. In addition to Crozes-Hermitage, the two winemakers also produce Saint-Joseph and Saint-Péray.
