The Fournier Père et Fils estate was established in Chaudoux in 1926. At the time, mixed farming was the order of the day, with Hélène and Léon working 0.2 hectares of vines. The estate grew steadily, and by 1972 it was devoted exclusively to vines. The estate grew to 15 hectares. The family acquired it in 2015. Since 2022, the estate has been certified "Vignerons Engagés", the wine industry's first CSR label.
