"Xut" means steep in Basque, and we can already imagine the vines climbing the hills. Floral and white fruit aromas contribute to a very seductive, fresh and intense bouquet, full of greed. The palate is dynamic, marked by a mineral framework and seductive acidity. The fruity notes are repeated, but without heaviness.
