Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Bruno and Anne Duffau founded Domaine Duffau in 2007 after Bruno had spent many years working internationally in the field of hydraulics. Inspired by encounters with winemakers and trips to Africa and Argentina, Bruno brought his vision to life by settling in Gaillac with his family. After two years in a cooperative, the estate’s winery was established in 2010, and nine vintages were released in 2011. With the support of neighboring winemakers, the estate has been transitioning to organic viticulture since 2020, prioritizing sustainable farming practices that are attuned to nature’s cues.
