Gault&Millau's review
Close to the Via Aurelia, in the heart of the Alpilles, Domaine de Lauzières has existed since the 16th century. In 1992, Gérard Pillon and his partner bought the estate and carried out extensive renovations. In 2011, Gérard's son Christophe took over the estate. In 2015, the estate received DEMETER (biodynamic agriculture) certification for all its vineyards and olive grove.
