Winery presentation by Gault&Millau

The Petite Tuile estate, founded in 2016 but with roots stretching back generations in the Occitan hamlet of Téoulet, has been certified organic since 2019. Located on the lower slopes of the Gaillac hills, it specializes in historic grape varieties such as Œil, Mauzac, Duras, and Braucol. The clay-limestone soils, the variety of exposures, and the climate—which blends oceanic and Mediterranean influences—lend the wines finesse and complexity. Clémence Thomas and Clément Debord tend their 6 hectares of vineyards while preserving biodiversity and tradition. Since 2019, the estate has also been part of the Terres de Gaillac association.
