Domaine de la Ferme Blanche
13260 CASSISWinery presentation by Gault&Millau
Founded in 1714 by Count François de Garnier, an illustrious shipowner from Marseilles, the estate has been handed down from generation to generation. Jérômine Paret, who was destined for a career as an English teacher, fell in love with wine. She decided to join forces with Philippe Garnier and his son, both oenologists, to further perfect the wines of the 29-hectare estate. After renovating the winery, they opted for organic farming and have been certified since the 2016 vintage. A large reception area, renovated in 2024 and equipped with a terrace, offers visitors the opportunity to consume on site, facing the vines.
