Based in Sury-en-Vaux, David Girard and his brother Luc work 10 hectares of vines on the Parassy terroir in the Menetou-Salon appellation. David Girard has also taken over the Régis Jouan estate and cultivates vines in Sancerre. Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes are planted on the region's typical Kimmeridgian limestone and marl soils. The vineyard is managed using sustainable viticulture methods.
