Cézin is run by a brother and sister (Amandine and Xavier Fresneau), who cultivate 14 hectares of côteaux-du-loir and 3 of jasnières. An introduction to wine tasting is offered, under the guidance of Amandine, the in-house oenologist. This introduction to the house wines is fun and relaxed. You'll learn the steps involved in tasting, and how to describe aromas and mouthfeel. Children are welcome to join in the training with grape juice.
