Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
The Brin estate, located in the heart of the Gaillac region, has been run by Damien Bonnet since 2008, a winemaker committed to organic farming and natural winemaking. Crop rotation (chickpeas, lentils, grains, sunflowers, etc.) promotes biodiversity, which is essential to soil health and wine quality. The 14 hectares of vineyards, planted with indigenous grape varieties (Mauzac, Loin de l’Œil, Ondenc, Braucol, Duras, Prunelart), reflect the diversity of the clay and limestone slopes. The estate is also active within the Terres de Gaillac association.
