During the 2021 harvest, Château Dalmeran was taken over by a couple who had fallen in love with this magical place. This 16th-century farmhouse is surrounded by unspoilt nature, with around 35 hectares of vines, olive groves, forest and garrigue. Ludovic Asseman, already employed at the estate, is appointed technical director. In the vineyard, as in the cellar, he preserves and reinforces the organic logic.
