Gault&Millau's review
Since 2013, when Hélène Berthet-Bondet took over, this estate has chosen to follow the principles of organic farming on the 14 ha of vines in operation. The cuvées produced are in two appellations: côtes-du-jura and château-chalon. The white wines are mainly made from chardonnay and savagnin grapes. There are also a few red wines made from trousseau, poulsard and pinot noir.
