The Causse d'Arboras estate belongs to the Jeanjean family, who farm 16 hectares organically. The vines are planted at an altitude of 320 meters at the foot of the imposing Mont Saint-Baudille, surrounded by a geological fault 100 meters deep. The estate's different grape varieties flourish on a plateau of limestone slabs that are among the highest and most northerly in the Languedoc vineyards.
