Gault&Millau's review
After various experiences in France and elsewhere, Antoine Van Remoortere returned to his native Centre-Loire region. He took over the family estate and now works 15 hectares of vines, in the Menetou-Salon appellation, planted in the commune of Morogues. The estate has been certified organic since 2019. The terroirs of Kimmeridgian marl, on southeast-facing slopes, are home to the appellation's two grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.
