The family spirit of winemaking has been passed down through several generations. After graduating in oenology, Didier Goussard developed his champagne in the 1990s on the family estate, before creating a second domaine in 2007. Today, Didier and Marie-Hélène welcome you to their village home in the heart of Les Riceys. Adept at sharing their experience, the couple have joined a GDV (groupement de développement viticole) and are open to alternative farming techniques. Chemical herbicides were abandoned in 2013, and permanent cover techniques are being experimented with thanks to the creation of a cooperative for the use of agricultural equipment (Cuma), not forgetting a reflection on agroforestry. Terra Vitis certification for the estate and its champagnes since 2012 is a concrete expression of this approach.
