A 100% Chardonnay from a limestone terroir at the top of a hillside, this wine is opulent from the very first sip. The winemaker didn't hesitate to blend his cuvée with reserve wines from the fine 2012 harvest, which bring depth, elegance and richness, the whole sitting on a mineral, chalky frame. Pair with creamy poultry.
