From a Cuis premier cru vineyard, this cuvée, made exclusively from Chardonnay, offers a generous, open nose with notes of candied citrus fruits, hazelnuts and toasted bread. On the palate, all the wine's finesse is expressed in a lacy, sparkling juice. The bubbles are barely perceptible as they seem to melt away. Superb with lobster.
