Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Champagne Delot is a family-owned house founded in 1933, now led by Jean-Baptiste Dangin, a grower-producer in Celles-sur-Ource, in the heart of the Côte des Bar. He crafts his champagnes exclusively from grapes grown on his 7 hectares of vineyards, on a clay-limestone terroir influenced by neighboring Burgundy. Committed to environmental sustainability, the house has been Terra Vitis certified since 2018. It combines traditional winemaking practices with modern innovations in a constant quest for improvement.
