Gault&Millau's review
Located in Epernay, in an imposing building recognizable from afar by its famous 66-meter-high tower, Maison de Castellane was established in 1895 by Viscount Florens de Castellane. It was he who chose the red St. Andrew's Cross as the brand's emblem. The house now belongs to the Laurent-Perrier group.
