We all know that charming but shy child who doesn't dare express himself too much, even though in his head he can't stop telling himself wonderful stories. Well, this champagne is reminiscent of that. The nose is discreet, as if it didn't dare to tell the story of the citrus orchard that we can nevertheless feel emerging. It's the same on the palate, although the balance is there, and so are the bubbles. A lack of assertiveness that does it a disservice when all the elements for success are in place.
