Beneath a peach-skin color, the nose reveals warm plum, black cherry jam and crushed raspberry, rounded out by aromas of dark chocolate with fleur de sel. The palate is dense and closed. Some bitterness and lemony tension are still present, even if the airy bubbles attempt to soothe. A wine that has difficulty expressing itself and needs decanting.
