A lovely, complex nose that evolves between fresh candied citrus zest, floral notes (broom, acacia), warm spices (licorice, cinnamon, saffron) and white fruit. The palate is pleasant and still lacks balance, but that's just a sin of youth. These floral notes are underlined by a gentle bitterness, reminiscent of the recent ageing.
