Established for three generations in the southern Champagne region, the Cottanceau-Prignitz family farms 7.5 hectares spread over 10 parcels in the heart of the Côte des Bar, with vines rooted in Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils. The family cultivates the appellation's three emblematic grape varieties (pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay) according to sustainable practices certified HVE level 3 and Viticulture Durable en Champagne. To extend the experience, she also offers cellar tours and a cosy gîte in the heart of the estate.
