From the glowing golden robe, the precious metal nose is not fruity, polished by a bitter orange citrus tang. Minuscule crunchy bubbles and the lively, patina mousse reflect on the luminous palate. Weightless concentration and illuminating acidity, a perfectly created Brut Nature does not need dosage, with poised yellow and white fruits freshly peeled, a long mineral tang and an ever so subtle smooth, green exotic purée (pineapple, passionfruit, mango, paw paw) with lemon juice, feels so effortless and lingering. Simply delicious. Melts in the mouth.

Under this label, on the wine side, we find bottles by Champagne Drappier, certified zero carbon footprint. An initiative that deserves all the more recognition as the champagnes are excellent.
